Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm PT. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Carriers

We ship via the following trusted carriers:

  • FedEx
  • DHL

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if provided by the carrier. You can use that information to follow your package directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase — no surprises at checkout.

Back Orders

In the rare event that an item is on back order, we will ship the in-stock portion of your order immediately. The remaining item(s) will follow as soon as they become available, at no additional shipping cost to you.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

How to Return an Item

We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Items must be in their original, unworn condition to be eligible for return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date.

  1. Email us at customerservice@ritzycouturejewelry.com to request a return authorization and receive your tracking number.
  2. Ship your item to:

  3. Include a signed note with the reason for your return and a copy of your original receipt.

Return Exceptions

To maintain the integrity of our collection, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Final sale items

Exchanges

If your jewelry is in like-new condition, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for a different size or color. There is no restocking fee for exchanges; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
